Q. When are boxes sent out?
Boxes are sent over a few days in the middle of the month so most UK customers should receive theirs around the 18th-20th.
Q. How are boxes sent?
A. We use either Royal Mail or a recognised major courier, such as UPS.
Q. Are all the items you include official merchandise?
A. Yes, if the item is branded it is licensed, official and genuine. We are a BBC licencee ourselves, so take this very seriously. All of our t shirts are supplied to us by official licencees. We do not print our own 'replica' versions.
Q. Do you have a shop we can visit?
A. Yes. We have four shops you can visit!

Q. Are ladies size shirts available?
A. At the moment all shirts are unisex. We find there is too much variation in the cut of ladies shirts to offer a consistent guide to the appropriate size of shirt. Unisex sizing is much more reliable.
Q. Why are the boxes cheaper when I've seen you at Comiccon and other shows?
A. We use a tracked and fully insured delivery option so that in the unlikely event of a loss or damage, your box will be replaced automatically, and this is included in the price for UK delivery addresses.
